Black K.A.R.E
How Golf Benefits Kidney Health
Black K.A.R.E. has partnered with The Links, Incorporated to raise awareness about kidney health and empower communities to take proactive steps toward prevention and wellness. Golf offers both physical and mental health benefits that support kidney wellness. The low-impact nature of the sport encourages consistent movement, improves circulation, and helps maintain healthy blood pressure—key factors in preventing kidney disease. Walking the course and spending time outdoors can also reduce stress, which positively affects overall kidney function.
